Important Considerations for Your Build

• Power: The system typically draws a maximum of 1.5A at 13.8VDC. A 3A fuse is recommended for your power circuit.

• Networking: You must connect the module to your display via the provided Ethernet cable. Ensure your HDS or Elite FS unit has a free Ethernet port available.

• Mounting: While the kit includes standard trolling motor/shaft mounts, if you are planning to use this on a belly boat or a mobile setup, you may still want to look into a dedicated, adjustable transducer pole for easier 360-degree deployment.
