 1. Order Cancellation
– Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
– After 24 hours, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be cancelled.

We accept returns under the following conditions:
– Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received
– Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

⚠️ We do NOT accept returns for:
– Used or installed products
– Damaged items caused by improper use
– Clearance or final sale items

3. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
– Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
– Provide photos or videos as proof

We will offer:
– Replacement OR
– Full refund (based on the situation)

4. Refunds
– Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you
– Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
– Refunds will be sent via the original payment method

5. Return Shipping
– Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
– Shipping fees are non-refundable

 6. Non-Returnable Items
– Electrical components that have been installed
– Special order/custom products
– Items without original packaging

 7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

– Contact your payment provider
– Then contact us if the issue continues
