[10] In combination with RC Motion 3, DJI Neo can perform aerobatic flights with a single touch, navigate seamlessly indoors, and maneuver with ease in tight spaces*. At the size of your palm, DJI Neo is flexible and agile in the air, making it the perfect companion for improving your manual flight skills.
Uncompromising image quality
DJI Neo is equipped with a 1/2″ image sensor that allows you to take 12 MP photos. Combined with DJI’s powerful stabilization algorithms, it can produce stabilized 4K UHD videos directly from the camera. [11]
4K Ultra-HD Videos
DJI Neo supports multiple resolutions and frame rates for video recording and up to 4K/30fps [11] videos with RockSteady/HorizonBalancing. These help maintain clarity in both bright and dark areas, allowing for plenty of detail to be seen.
Stabilization functions for stable recordings
DJI Neo features a single-axis mechanical gimbal combined with RockSteady and HorizonBalancing stabilization [12]. This equipment can handle high speeds, large amplitudes and even winds up to level 4. The stabilization algorithms significantly reduce image blur and correct horizon tilt within a range of ±45°, [12] for smooth and stable shots.
Create content with ease
22 GB internal memory
The DJI Neo can store up to 40 minutes of 4K/30fps video or 55 minutes of 1080p/60fps video, so you can preserve all your memories.
Record audio wirelessly
After linking with the DJI Fly app, DJI Neo can record audio via DJI Mic 2,[13] which can be connected to your mobile phone via Bluetooth or directly through your mobile phone’s built-in microphone. The DJI Fly app can also automatically remove background Propel noise and blend your audio track with your video footage to ensure clear audio, even for vlogs shot from low angles.
Fast transfer at maximum speed
No data cables are required! Once connected to your smartphone via Wi-Fi, footage shot by DJI Neo can be quickly transferred to the DJI Fly app. Transfer it immediately after shooting for easy post-processing and sharing.
Glamour at your fingertips
Use glamour effects to ensure you always look good and radiate confidence. Simply import your footage into the DJI Fly app to get started.
Easy assembly
The DJI Fly app offers a wide selection of templates and sound effects for quick and easy editing. Create and share videos efficiently without having to download the editing material, saving storage space on your phone.
Stable flight, impressive autonomy
Using a positioning system with infrared vision and monocular, the DJI Neo can remain stable in the air even in winds up to level 4. It also supports automatic return to home (RTH) for comfortable and worry-free operation.
Automatic return (RTH)
Don’t worry about returning, because whether you take off/land with your palm or pilot with the mobile app, Neo returns to its starting point once its trajectory is complete. If you use a remote control or an immersive motion control unit, Neo supports return-to-home (RTH) and fail-safe to navigate smoothly back to you.
Able to fly up to wind force 4
18 min flight
With a flight time of 18 minutes [14], DJI Neo can complete over 20 flights [15] to and from the palm of your hand. Its slim design allows you to document life’s little moments, without skimping on flight time.
Direct and fast charging
Directly connects the flight device to a power source using a Type-C data cable for easy charging. Additionally, DJI Neo’s Two-Way Charging Hub [16] can charge three batteries simultaneously [17], increasing both charging speed and efficiency.
Immersive flight
Combine DJI Neo with DJI Goggles 3, RC Motion 3, or the FPV Remote Controller 3 to enable motion control and first-person view (FPV) flight.[18] Whether indoors or outdoors, DJI Neo’s compact form factor allows for effortless maneuvering in spaces.
*DJI Neo does not support obstacle avoidance. To ensure flight safety, fly within line of sight. If you wish to fly beyond line of sight (BVLOS), you must ensure that the aircraft is in good condition, the operator is qualified, and the flight complies with local BVLOS regulations.

[2.] Version September 2024.
[3.] If taking off and landing with your palm, observe the following guidelines: Whenever possible, fly in a windless environment; extend your palm horizontally and keep it still so that your fingers do not come into contact with the Propellers to avoid injury; do not try to grab the drone while it is flying.
[4.] Some piloting methods require the use of DJI Goggles series products or DJI RC Motion series products, or certain DJI remote controllers.
[5.] Some shooting modes require connecting the DJI Neo to a smartphone via Wi-Fi and enabling them in the DJI Fly app.
[6.] Requires DJI Neo to connect to a smartphone via Wi-Fi.
[7.] DJI Neo supports voice commands in English and Chinese (Mandarin) only. The language used depends on the system language of the connected mobile phone (English or Chinese).
[8.] Tested in an open outdoor environment without interference. Video transmission range varies depending on the operating environment.
[9.] Requires the purchase of a specific combo or the separate purchase of a specific remote controller and goggles.
[10.] The video transmission distance of 10 km can only be achieved with FCC compliance. The data was measured outdoors in an obstacle-free and interference-free environment and showed the longest communication distance for one-way flight without return. In real flight scenarios, the maximum distance for video transmission is limited by the maximum flight distance of the drone. Actual results may vary.
[11.] 4K/30fps video recording is possible with all DJI Neo control methods. Except for motion control, 4K/30fps video and Horizon Balancing are supported by all other control methods. When the DJI Neo is paired with DJI Goggles 3 and DJI RC Motion 3, it can record 16:9 4K/30fps videos with RockSteady/HorizonBalancing or 4:3 4K/30fps videos without stabilization.
[12.] When controlling the drone with the DJI Fly app or a standard remote controller, RockSteady and HorizonBalancing are enabled simultaneously and cannot be disabled. If you use the DJI Goggles with RC Motion or the FPV remote controller, you can choose to enable RockSteady or HorizonBalancing or disable stabilization. If you fly the drone without a remote controller or with the DJI Fly app, the HorizonBalancing angle is ±30°. If you control the drone with a remote controller or motion controller, the HorizonBalancing angle is ±45°.
[13.] Sold separately. For details on mobile phone models compatible with the DJI Mic 2, visit the DJI Mic 2 product page on the official DJI website.
